If you are looking for a relaxing way to get your hair done and nothing else, a SILENT SERVICE may be the perfect option for you. SILENT SERVICE appointments are just like regular appointments - but we don’t expect you to chat with us while we work on your hair.
Your stylist will talk you through your consultation, and ask any hair related information throughout the service, the rest of the time is silent. You can then use this time to relax, read, work or just breathe and unwind.
You can expect the same dedicated, exceptional service and beautiful hair without feeling the need to fill the silence. We are offering a SILENT SERVICE because we understand that not everyone wants to socialise while getting their hair done. Regardless of your reasons, there is no need to explain or feel apologetic. Your comfort is our utmost priority.
How to book your SILENT SERVICE with us
If you are looking for a colour service, then a consultation/skin test appointment will be required at least 48 hours prior to the colour service. Payments can, if preferred, be made ahead of your appointment via a payment link. This will be sent to you via text or email.
When booking these appointments via email or online booking, please quote SILENT SERVICE in the notes so that we are aware and book in accordingly.
