new pricing system
We are proud to have introduced a new pricing system where we charge for the time you need and not by a set-price list. We provide a bespoke one to one service with a fully qualified stylist for your entire visit. This means we can be more creative and give you individual treatment, rather than being restricted by the service booked.
We believe in honest, transparent pricing of an all-inclusive service, for colours and cuts, that allows you to know exactly what you will be spending before sitting in the chair with no hidden extras. All of our service times are pre-agreed with you at the time of booking and we will not charge you more even if we overrun the quoted time. This allows our stylists the freedom to be creative and give your hair all the love and attention it needs, using the industries best colour treatments and products. We are confident you will love this new level of service and enjoy being the sole focus of your stylist throughout your visit to the salon. Hourly rates range from £45 to £77, depending on the stylist you choose.
your complimentary consultation
We invite you to visit us for a complimentary 15 min consultation before your appointment, this will allow you to get to know your stylist and discuss your requirements and give us the opportunity to offer you our professional advice. We will also do any necessary tests ready for your visit.
our cancellation policy
We understand that sometimes you may have to cancel an appointment. We do require 48 hrs notice of any changes or cancellations to your appointments. Any cancellations after this time will incur a 25% fee. If an appointment is missed without prior notification, a 25% no show fee will be incurred. If you need to cancel, please give us a call or use our online booking system. Please don’t text, email or put a message on social media.
To secure your booking we ask you to pay a deposit of 25% of the cost of your service or treatment. The deposit will be taken when you book your appointment and will be taken off your bill when you pay for the service or treatment you have received. The deposit will be fully refunded if you cancel, as long as you give us at least 48 hours’ notice. The deposit will be fully refunded if a service or treatment is unsuitable for you or cannot be provided for any reason.
keeping to time
If you are running late, we will do our best to fit you in, but we may not be able to provide the full service or treatment you requested. You will still be charged for the entire service you had booked. thank you - we can't wait to see you at the salon soon!
