Our stylists are highly trained and experienced in cutting and styling hair. We can create a wide range of looks including short chic haircuts, mid-length styles, bobs and lobs, and long hairstyles for women. We also offer a haircutting and styling service for men.

Yes, we offer free hair consultations to help you find the perfect haircut, style or colour for you. During a detailed hair consultation we will analyse your hair, discuss your daily hair routines and come up with some ideas of hairstyles and colours that will suit you.

All our stylists are highly trained but some have more experience than others which is reflected in their job titles and our pricing structure. If you are looking for a complex hair colour such as balayage, ombre or even a colour correction, we recommend you book in with one of our more experienced colourists. Yes. The Canterbury Hair and Scalp Clinic is a Trichology Clinic in a private room at our Canterbury salon.
We are not medically qualified, but we have received some medical training. Some conditions are not curable but can be controlled with active ingredients in trichological formulations. Some may need to be referred to the GP, for blood tests or to specialists.

We do sometimes have walk-in appointments, yes. It’s worth popping in to see if we have something available, but we always advise that you book an appointment.
We offer Kerasilk smoothing treatments and L'Oreal Xtenso Straightening at our Canterbury, Faversham and Kings Hill salons - it is best to pop in for a free consultation first to check which service will better fit your needs.
We recommend and sell Kerastase, L'Oreal Professional, GHD, Kerasilk, Curly Ellie & Eleven Australia and Redken products.
If you are using public transport, Faversham train station is located just a 5 minutes walk from the salon. There is also a bus stop a short 2 minute walk away from the salon.
If you are driving, there is a Short stay car park (central car park) conveniently located just behind the salon, with a Long stay (Queens Hall car park) 5 mins walk to salon. We recommend that you download the Ringo app before you leave your salon appointment.
Yes! We are ideally situated on Preston Street in the main shopping area - just opposite Faversham museum and near the Alexander Centre.
We have a highly experienced team at our Faversham location who offer a wide range of services, including; Colouring, Balayage, Cutting, Curly Haircuts, Zen Hair extensions, Chemical Straightening, Kerasilk Keratin Blowdry and Vegan Hair Colour. We also offer a range of professional haircare products to maintain your brand new hairstyle, colour or extensions at home!
The Faversham location is stone hairdressing's first franchised salon, expertly run by David Harmer, who has been with the group over 22 years. We can't wait to welcome you to our spacious, bright and modern first-floor salon! It is flooded with natural light from its glass roof lights and large windows, with an attractive roofline view.
Unfortunately, no. Our Faversham salon is on the first floor of a building that does not have a lift. This means that, sadly, wheelchair access is limited.
